I don't think we will end up brining this year but maybe next year. I am simply running short of time!
Thanks for your comments on my blog. I answered your questions about the stuffing, but I will here too. I'd say make 2 pans, if you are having 12+ guests, since you never know who's going to eat lots and who's not. I'd say my single recipe serves 8-10. I've never tried it with a different cheese, but if you do, stick with something dry and aged like parm or asiago, unless perhaps you want it gooey and cheesy. If you do, have at it and let me know how it turns out!
